Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight and the customer’s location. We currently ship to customers based in the United States and offer the following shipping options:

USPS First-Class Mail®
USPS Priority Mail Express™
FedEx Ground
FedEx 2-Day

We attempt to ship all paid in-stock orders as quickly as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you have any questions regarding processing for a specific item, please contact us at wlr@woodliferanch.com.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. To ensure delivery of our email communications, please add wlr@woodliferanch.com to your contact list.

Refunds and replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
